Terms of service

ZOC Campaign lets organizations manage contact lists, design email campaigns and send them through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Each organization (a "workspace") has its own sending identity, contacts and settings.

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account and by your workspace members.
• Tell us promptly at [Support email] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own the contact data and email content you upload. You give us the rights needed to store, process and send it on your instructions. You confirm that you have a lawful basis, including consent where required, for every contact you email.

You must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that breaks it, or whose bounce or complaint rates put the service or other customers at risk.

• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Sending is charged on the basis shown there.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices exclude GST unless stated. We issue GST-compliant tax invoices; our GSTIN is [GSTIN].
• Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, including where we act as a processor for your contacts. A data processing agreement is available on request at [Legal email].

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what you can do.

• You can close your workspace at any time.
• We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if required by law or by our sending provider.
• After closure you can request an export of your data for [number] days, after which it is deleted.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will compensate us for claims arising from content you send or contacts you upload in breach of these terms or applicable law.
