Acceptable use policy

Last updated:

This policy keeps ZOC Campaign trustworthy for recipients and protects the sending reputation every customer depends on. It forms part of our Terms of service.

2. Unsubscribes are honoured

  • Every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe link.
  • Unsubscribes take effect immediately and are not undone by re-importing the address.
  • Identify yourself as the sender and include a valid postal address.
  • Do not use misleading sender names, subject lines or headers.

3. Bounce and complaint thresholds

We monitor every workspace. When bounce or complaint rates rise above safe levels, sending slows or pauses automatically and the app shows the reason. Current thresholds: hard bounces above [x]% or spam complaints above [y]% of delivered mail. Sending resumes once the cause is fixed and reviewed.

4. Prohibited content

You must not send or link to:

  • illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity;
  • phishing, malware, or attempts to collect passwords or payment details deceptively;
  • fraud, pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, and misleading financial or health claims;
  • sexually explicit material, or any content that sexualises minors;
  • hate speech, harassment, threats or content inciting violence;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy;
  • gambling, drugs, weapons or other regulated goods without the required licences.

5. Using the platform

  • Do not try to bypass sending limits, guardrails or another workspace's isolation.
  • Do not probe, overload or reverse engineer the service.
  • Follow the Amazon SES and mailbox provider policies that apply to your sending.

6. Enforcement

We may pause sending, remove content, or suspend or close a workspace that breaks this policy, without notice where needed to protect recipients or the service. Report abuse to [Abuse email].
